We take the time to get to know your business, your goals, objectives and desired outcomes. You’ll also get a chance to meet your strategy consultant.
Following our consultation, we will spend the time needed to develop a bespoke proposal for your requirements, and assign a dedicated team of professionals who will work with you during your time with Hudson.
We will discuss with you the terms of business and prices associated with the project in question, and seek your approval before we complete a full handover to your delivery team. Upon agreement of the project, the first 50% project invoice will be raised and due before the work commences.
We get to work. Your dedicated consultant or team of consultants will assign time to work with you to guide, mentor and offer strategic input a way that works best for you, before embarking on the writing process for your strategy.
We will deliver and present your strategy either in person or via zoom, whatever works best for you and whatever has been agreed in the proposal of works. During this session, we can agree revisions and implement key milestones for implementing your new strategy.
When you are happy with the work, we will complete a full handover and discuss any future projects you may wish to work with us on. Upon handover, the final 50% invoice will be raised for immediate payment.
